Somewhere in Fargo…

If you want to maintain your weight, don’t let them see you eat. Just kidding.

Before I start, I would like to point out that this is not a paid endorsement, aside from SparkPoints which get me virtual SparkTrophies that really have no practical application in the free world. I am sharing what works for me when it comes to keeping myself in shape. I have been using SparkPeople for about a month and a half for fitness maintenance, and I have been absolutely thrilled with it. I have been blessed with a great metabolism that aptly compensates for my love for good food, but I think that maintaining a healthy eating habits and an exercise routine is a good thing. SparkPeople’s tools are really awesome for keeping me informed on how I’m doing with my quest for a healthy lifestyle. My roommates are dorks. They have NO consideration for my privacy whatsoever. It might be okay for women to not wear clothes in some countries and in stupid movies and videos, but darn it, I’m a nice, Lutheran Korean girl from Bismarck. I am not some cleavagey pagan gamer Germanoscandihoovian girl from Fargo. I swear, I sometimes wonder if Fargo boys have metal skin, because they sure never seem to get the hint when you slap them for being pervy. Glenn and Sammy really need girlfriends, but if they keep being stupid, it will never be me.

I sometimes wonder how I ended up in this crazy town. If Concordia College weren’t so darn good, and Taco Smell didn’t pay so little, I would totally move to Moorhead and live in my own apartment. Then again, it is Moorhead and who wants to live there. The shopping there kind of stinks (even without the sales tax on clothes) and the only people to hang out with are either boring, or weird. Then again, that’s kind of like Fargo. At least the malls are awesome here and all built within the last five years, especially in West Fargo.
